“The World’s Mayor" Centerpiece
“Il Sindaco del Mondo” or “The World’s Mayor,”  is named for Rudy Giuliani, mayor extraordinaire of New York City. The centerpiece is a ceramic vase of regal proportions and distinction.  Handcrafted and hand painted by the maestro of artisans, Signor Giuseppe Pistone, in the ceramics capital of the world, Caltagirone, Sicily. In hues of blue, green and golden yellow, this elegant piece will bring a lifetime of beauty to its surroundings.

Lava Trinacria
Made from the hardened lava of Mt. Etna’s fiery eruptions, the Trinacria is the symbol of Sicily.  The three-legged lady represents the three sides of the island that rose up from the sea centuries ago to become the crossroads of the ancient world. Legend says that the lava of Mt. Etna, unlike other volcanoes, brings good luck.
