statement to demonstrate our firm committment to privacy on the Internet.

and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices

Our site
uses "shopping cart" software that enables you, our customer, to purchase
items and indicate how you would like to pay for these items. We collect
your contact information (name, billing address, and email address) and
financial information required to process the order (i.e., credit card
account number).

address is used to identify your account and allows us to send you an
email confirmation that we received your order and to notify you when
your order has been shipped or delivered, or if a problem arises that
would prevent us from filling the order. Your name and address information
is used for billing purposes to confirm your credit card information and
to protect against potential fraud.
Occasionally,
we may send news about special promotions or news about our website or
business that might be of interest to customers who have requested to receive
this information. By default, you will not be added to our mailing list.
If you would like to receive these notices, you must explicitly request
to be added to our mailing list when you fill out the billing information

Virtually
all of the items ordered from our website are purchased and sent as gifts
for other people. The names and addresses of the recipients are used for
shipping purposes only. We do not contact or send other communications to
recipients unless we are expressly asked to do so by the customer (for example,
to verify that the gift was received).
All credit
card transactions require AVS (Address Verification Service) whereby
you must use the exact address as it appears on your credit card statement.
We also require the use of the special code printed on the back of your
credit card. This may take a couple of extra seconds, but we believe it
is worth the time to prevent fraud for you and for us.
